Implements a circular gauge with 3 axes, 'outeraxis' and 'inneraxis' which render a set of ticks along a range of values.
'middleaxis' renders an inner color fill between 'axisouter' and 'axisinner'. Ranges can be differentiated by specifying unique color fills.
