Post a spatial reference to get a simple report as an array of human readable text

Request

Post a request containing a spatial reference (e.g. a persistable reference string or an Ocean textual representation) to get a simple report, i.e. each decomposed individual part of the spatial reference is described as one text record including name, value and unit context if applicable.
