Schlumberger Open Subsurface Data Universe (OSDU) Data Platform is a fully managed version of OSDU designed to run within the Delfi environment. It is fully compliant with OSDU, offering the rich cross-platform ecosystem with no maintenance concerns.

The Open Subsurface Data Universe (OSDU) is a community that is developing a standard data platform for the oil and gas industry. Schlumberger (SLB) is one of the major contributors in the community.

The SLB Managed Planning Data Foundation (MPDF) is a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering by SLB. It is one managed ecosystem integrating data, models, insights, and decisions in the Delfi E&P Environment, in order to maximize the availability, integrity, security and value of E&P Data. It includes Core services, Security & Compliance services, Data Flow services, Wellbore DMS, and Seismic DMS.

The OSDU Core Services include a collection of data access services via APIs to provide developers with direct access to the data in the data platform for retrieval of both data and contextual information related to that data.
